Peter Froncek

Peter Froncek was admitted to the CSS PhD program for Fall 2014. He serves as a graduate research assistant to Prof. Claudio Cioffi on an NSF funded project employing computational modeling and simulation to study human adaptation to global climate changes. Peter holds a master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Vermont. He is originally from the Czech Republic, where he was born and raised, and where he also graduated from Masaryk University with bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Sociology. He is interested in studying social networks and their effect on the emergence of various social phenomena.
