Gary Bogle

Gary Bogle was admitted into the CSS PhD program in Fall 2012. Gary received a BA-International Relations from the University of California at Davis, an MA-Political Science from University of Illinois-Urbana, and an MS-Computer Science from Marymount University. He works full-time as a Lead Computer Scientist at the MITRE Corporation.

Gary's research interests lie in the following areas:

Modeling social status and identity in agent-based models.

Modeling the process of state formation and collapse in pre-colonial Africa.

Investigating the impact of distributed and multiprocessing computing on agent-based models
