ABSTRACT: Visual Analytics is a research area focusing on analyzing complex data or solving complicated domain problems through interactive visualization techniques. Although agent-based modeling (ABM) has become a key technique for modeling and simulating dynamic, complicated behaviors in social and political sciences, there is lack of tools that can effectively support interpreting increasingly complex simulation results. In this research, we designed two visual analytics tools with supporting interactive exploration of domain-specific data. In collaborating with domain experts, the usefulness of the designed tools has been validated.
